Sin Heng Lee Food Industries Sdn Bhd was established in 1999 and over the years the company has gained a long term reputation for its premium quality sauces brand named-Apple. We manufacture a wide variety of sauce using time tested recipe handed down from past generations and carefully selected natural ingredients of finest grade and quality which benefits both our customer and consumer. With over 40 years of experience and wide knowledge in manufacturing sauces, together with latest production technology and traditional method of fermentation, our sauces are rich and authentic in taste and aroma which is well accepted by consumers.

Since 1999, Sin Heng Lee has been committed to manufacturing quality sauces that carry a 100% satisfaction and consistency. We are constantly exploring ways to improve our manufacturing methods and optimize our product range that appeal to consumers ever changing taste.

Certified as a Halal Food manufacturer by the governing bodies, we strongly commit ourselves to follow recommended practice by these bodies which has earn us trust in our products and as well as from the Muslim communities.
